New Work
This newest work is evidence of my renewed focus on playing with hand dyeing cloth. The past months have been a time of experiementing with various textile pigment media. I am enjoying the broader palette of colors and have used them to manipulate the cloth surface in a variety of ways. My approach has been more playful than purposeful, with surprising, and pleasing results. The cloth has found its way into works that vary in theme and construction modality.
